To do this, follow the steps below: When you search for a quote on the Minicabit website, there is the option of adding a wheelchair. Adding this (along with any luggage), will ensure that the correct size and type of vehicle will be dispatched to you. We also recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
At minicabit cancelling your booking is quick and easy to do.
Cancellations will only be processed if you do so via your booking on Minicabit, not by just informing your Cab Operator.
For a full refund, you must cancel within your cancellation cut-off period, which is indicated in your booking confirmation email (shown below). As per our terms and conditions, any cancellation received after the cancellation cut-off time, will not be entitled to any refund. For more information please click here.
If you require a child seat, you must inform your Cab provider once your booking is made. Please note that child seats are subject to availability and are not included in the price for the trip.
By Law, children (Under 3 years old) are allowed to travel in the back seats of minicabs without a child seat or seatbelt. In the case that a child is over 3 years of age, they can travel without a child car seat provided they wear a seat belt.
Once you have made your booking, we strongly recommend communicating with the Cab Provider to confirm whether the driver is willing to accept pets. You'll find their details on the confirmation email we send you.
This is because Cab Providers are private businesses, and they have the discretion to set their own policies regarding whether drivers will accept passengers with pets.
